They provide comprehensive services across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe, specialising in sectors like data centres, life sciences, industrial, and power and renewables. O'Donnell Environmental

Based in Cork City, O’Donnell Environmental is an independent environmental consultancy established by Tom O'Donnell BSc (Hons) MSc CEnv MCIEEM in 2019. The firm supports clients across the country through the planning process by undertaking ecological surveys and reporting, providing Ecological Impact Assessment Reports, Appropriate Assessment Screening Reports and so on. O'Donnell Environmental has worked with the Ørsted Cork team since 2019.

Whiffle

Whiffle is revolutionising numerical weather modelling and prediction by leveraging cutting-edge computing technology to run the world’s highest-resolution operational weather model. Whiffle's technology has potential applications across many economic sectors, but the primary focus is on the renewable energy market. By simulating the atmosphere at high resolution, their model provides deeper insight into future asset performance, helping to reduce investment risk. Whiffle has partnered with Ørsted in Ireland since 2024.

H&MV

INIS Environmental Consultants

INIS Environmental Consultants Ltd. is a specialist Ecology consultancy and was founded in 2000. Their expert team has a multitude of specialists in all aspects of terrestrial, freshwater, coastal and marine ecology. Headquartered in Ennis, Co. Clare, the firm works nationwide and is currently ecology lead on €1.8billion of major strategic energy infrastructure in Ireland

INIS has been working with Ørsted for over a decade, on our Irish portfolio of renewable projects. Our teams work closely on all stages of our process – from design inception to construction to operational monitoring.
